It's Bridget Kelly! Earlier this month, the Roc Nation signee attended the launch party for industry hair stylist Keith Campbell's book, Decide to be Beautiful. Held at Limelight Shops on Oct. 23 in New York City, Kelly stepped out in a pair of strappy black pumps. The singer, who's currently promoting her new single, "Special Delivery," wore a hip-hugging black cocktail dress and added a touch of red to her talon-like nails to finish the look.
