Although they didn’t perform at their Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction, the three surviving members of N.W.A reunited once again at the 2016 Coachella Music Festival in Indio, Calif., on Saturday (April 16).

MC Ren and DJ Yella joined Ice Cube as he performed on the first weekend, second night of the popular music festival.

According to Billboard, the trio - sans Dr. Dre - performed their blistering anti-police brutality song “F--- the Police” for the elated crowd. They also rocked “Straight Outta Compton” from their classic 1988 album of the same name.

But Cube wasn’t done yet. The West Warlord brought out his son, O’Shea Jackson, for a spirited rendition of “Dopeman.”

Elsewhere in the set, Cube was joined by his once rap rival now Barbershop: The Next Cut co-star Common for a performance of “Real People.” Later, Snoop Dogg came onstage and rapped the gospel with Cube as they rapped their 2006 collaborative song, “Go to Church.” Finally, Cube ended his hour-long set with his feel-good anthem, “It Was a Good Day.”

It was certainly a good day night for rap fans.

It would have been cool if Cube brought out Westside Connection members Mack 10 and WC to perform a medley of their noteworthy tunes but we are not complaining.

Overall, Cube performed an exciting show at the 2016 Coachella Music Festival and showed how the West was really won.
