Just in time for an eight-date December tour -- a trip that will find him rocking crowds on both coasts -- rising rapper Wax has dropped a new mixtape, 'Eviction Notice,' his second such offering of the year.

Available via DJ Booth, the 14-track set finds the Cali rhymer and Def Jam signee in irreverent party-rap mode, presiding over good-time joints with a slight air of early-Eminem snottiness.

On the single 'Too Loud,' Wax takes on the timeless subject of sparring with neighbors over stereo volume. His accompanying video is a classic house-party clip, complete with beer bottles on the lawn and lunatic revelers running amok in the living room. At one point, the MC relieves himself while perched on the chimney.

"Overweight rock chicks in the kitchen starting up mosh pits/ No Shake Weights, them hoes just break plates," he rhymes, adding, "Cooking like eight steaks, looking like Kathy Bates."

Wax's wordplay and hilarious visuals have helped him build his name, and at a recent Los Angeles show, the at capacity-crowd included Polow Da Don and reality TV star Rob Kardashian. He's also sold out New York City's Mercury Lounge.

Wax ends the upcoming bicoastal jaunt on Dec. 30 at New York City's Webster Hall. He's already lined up appearances at next year's SXSW festival, and if the reggae-flavored 'My Future is a Big Wide Open Space,' track No. 13 on 'Eviction Notice,' is any indication, 2012 holds tremendous promise for the young artist.

"It's no strife, no stressing/ Just the fact my life is a blessing," he raps. "So I treat it like I'm cooking a pie/ I see the future when I look in the sky."
