Snoop Dogg Comes to the Rescue of a Driver Stranded on the Freeway
Watch out T'Challa. Snoop Dogg put on his super hero cape Sunday, and came to the rescue of a woman who was stranded on the side of the road.
The woman, Katrina Graham, tells TMZ she was coming back from church when her car broke down on the freeway in Riverside, Calif. As she waited for her brother, she heard a knock on her window and looked up to see none other than Uncle Snoop himself, who asked if she needed help.
Snoop offered to help push her car to a safer spot on the road, and parked his own car off the exit, then ran back to help her get out of the way of moving traffic. Still, he was able to make it in time to watch the All-Star game. Talk about being a good citizen. When' the last time you helped a stranger stranded on the side of the road?
In other Snoop news, yesterday he decided to bless fans in another way—with new music. He dropped a surprise eight-track EP, 220, which features guest appearances fromGoldi Loc and Kokane among others.
Then tomorrow, Snoop will be in L.A. hosting the 6th annual Spin Awards, which airs exclusively on REVOLT TV on Feb. 22 at 9 p.m. ET. Among the multiple-nominated artists for the Global Spin Awards include DJ Drama, DJ Envy, DJ Khaled, Funk Flex, DJ Self, Diplo, Calvin Harris and many more.
As for the driver he rescued from the side of the road, she was able to snap a pic before he jetted off to the game. You can peep it over at TMZ.
