Snoop Dogg is a man of many trades. He’s can rap, act, produce and now DJ. The veteran rhyme-slinger was the guest DJ for the second annual Butterfly Ball in Los Angeles on Saturday night (April 28).

The charity event, which was presented by non-profit organizations City of Hope and The Warrior of Light Foundation, was created in honor of the late music executive Yassy Hosseini, who passed away from breast cancer in November 2016. The event raises money for cancer awareness and treatment.

Hosted by funnyman Maz Jobrani, celebrities enjoyed a night of food and music courtesy of Snoop Dogg, who was spinning the grooves on the 1’s and 2’s. In addition, there was a silent auction of artwork and music memorabilia donated by artists like Aloe Blacc, Justin Timberlake and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Overall, the Butterfly Ball raised over $120,000, according to Billboard. If you're interested in the items for auction, go to charitybuzz.com.

Meanwhile, it looks like Snoop Dogg threw some shade at Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian following 'Ye's Twitter spree last week. On his Instagram page, the Doggfather shared a quote that read, “The evolution of Jay-Z and Kanye show you how influential your wife can be to your life."

In the caption Snoop wrote, “Thank u @bosslady_ent Love u for being my rock and keeping me straight."

In the end, Snoop said that he loves West despite his pro-Trump tweets. He also posted what appears to be a parody video of someone sounding like 'Ye issuing veil threats against Snoop. Check it out below.
