Snoop Dogg Blasts Arnold Schwarzenegger: ‘I Can’t Stand You’ [VIDEO]
Snoop Dogg is enraged at former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. The hip-hop star called out the actor-turned-politician-turned-actor-again after the release of a convicted murderer the ex-Governator pardoned.
27-year old Esteban Nunez was convicted of murder back in 2010 for the stabbing of 22-year old Luis Santos of San Diego. Esteban Nunez is the son of Fabian Nunez - a political ally and friend to Schwarzenegger while he was governor. The younger Nunez was released from jail Sunday after serving less than six years of a 16-year sentence. On his last day in office in 2011, Schwarzenegger commuted the sentence to just seven years.
Snoop is angry because no such mercy was granted to former Crips leader-turned-author Stanley "Tookie" Williams, who was convicted of four murders, shooting dead a 7-Eleven clerk, as well as an elderly Taiwanese couple and their daughter, in 1979. In prison, Williams worked to dismantle gang violence and renounced his former life--even becoming a Nobel Prize nominee for his efforts against gangs. Williams was put to death in 2005 after a four week stay of execution and a rejected clemency plea from Schwarzenegger.
"Arnold Schwarzenegger is a straight bitch," Snoop says in the Instagram video. "How the f--- you gonna let this n---- out of jail but you gonna kill Tookie Williams? You are one motherf---ng racist piece of s---."
"You is a bitch, you is a punk," he adds. "Motherf---er, I can't stand you."
Political commentary notwithstanding, Snoop has been a busy man lately. He's working on a new album with Just Blaze and Nipsy Hussle, and he's set to hit the road with Wiz Khalifa on the The High Road Tour this summer.
We don't expect Ah-Nuld to catch a show.
