RiFF RaFF's persistent, we'll give him that. Despite James Franco himself saying that he modelled his character in the movie on Florida rapper Dangeruss, RiFF RaFF is still claiming that Harmony Korine's 'Spring Breakers' used his likeness.

In fact, he's looking to sue the film's creators for a hefty sum.

"We're seeking $8 to $10 million right now," the rapper told TMZ in Hollywood last night (July 15). "It's like, if I have a front yard and you're planting soil and you're planting trees and building peaches and houses and selling parking lots on my property, then I deserve to be compensated for some portion of that money."

However incredible that piece of logic is, it remains to be seen if it holds up in a courtroom. Oh, and in the off chance you're still asking yourself, "Who the hell is RiFF RaFF?," watch his wonderful new video below.
