Troubled Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan is suing rapper Pitbull over a single line in his chart-topping mega-hit 'Give Me Everything' featuring Ne-Yo and Afrojack. According to TMZ, her lawsuits states that "the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."

The line in question? "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein', to keep flowin'/ I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan." Uh, since when is a little name-dropping in rap illegal?

Remember when LiLo sued E*TRADE for $100 million over its "Milkaholic Lindsay" baby in 2010, and contested that she's a single-name celebrity, like Oprah and Madonna? Ridiculous or not, thanks to a crafty lawyer, the actress and the financial trading company settled for an undisclosed sum.

Now, Lohan -- "professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild" -- is releasing that same legal hounds on Pitbull, declaring that the lyric exploits her and "causes her to be associated and identified in connection with defendants."

Pitbull's 'Planet Pit' is in stores now.
