Daz Dillinger Previews Trailer for His New Movie About Tha Dogg Pound ‘DPG 4 Life’ [WATCH]

Daz Dillinger is ready to share the details behind the success of the Tha Dogg Pound with a new movie.

The film, DPG 4 Life which will follow Daz and Kurupt's rise to fame as well as their dealings with everyone that was on Death Row's infamous roster—from 2Pac and Dr. Dre to Snoop Dogg and Suge Knight. The promo clip includes set photos and brief movie footage. It also shows a scene where Pac and Daz record the classic“Ambitionz of a Ridah” in the studio.

The cast is set to include Azad Arnaud (playing Daz), Dr. Dre’s son Curtis (playing Dre), Reggie Noble (playing Suge Knight), Melvin Jackson Jr. (playing Kurupt), DaDa (playing 2Pac) and Lady of Rage playing herself.

Of course, this film is the latest to emerge about the Death Row camp. Last year, the critically acclaimed Straight Outta Compton hit theaters and just last Sunday, Michel'le's biopic, Surviving Compton aired on Lifetime. Next month, a Tupac biopic, All Eyez on Me, is set to be released in theaters as well.
