July 7 was the late Capital STEEZ's birthday. STEEZ would have been twenty. To celebrate his life and the legacy that he left behind, fellow Pro Era member Joey Bada$$ put out a song by STEEZ called 'King Steelo.'The beat is mellow track from The Entreproducers, featuring the sound of chirping birds and a lilting flute loop. It's like STEEZ is one with nature on this song, his flow as polished as ever. He drops quotables throughout, from a nice Super Mario Bros. reference in the second verse to this line, "I can't lie its America I need to survive, The Wizard of Oz, tryna live my life behind the plasma."

Recorded shortly before his death, 'King Steelo' is the first offering off of STEEZ's posthumous 'King Capital' project, which should be dropping shortly. The project was initially expected to drop on STEEZ's birthday, but has since been pushed back for unspecified reasons. The 'King Capital' project will be for sale. Check out the new song below.
