Chris Brown's "blonde homewrecker," who reportedly came between the troubled singer and Rihanna again recently, has been revealed to be none other than 22-year-old Hollywood waitress Keisha Kimball, who "doesn't "go for black guys," anyway. [TMZ]

Kanye West has been named in a lawsuit by the children of musician David Pryor of Thunder & Lightning, whose group 'Ye sampled on "Gold Digger." According to the suit, Kanye (and a gang of labels) is guilty of an "illegal copyright infringement scheme and criminal enterprise involving the unauthorized, willful sampling of plaintiffs original copyrighted music on a massive scale."
