There's no end to the advice books you can buy to learn how to survive everything from natural disasters to man-made apocalypses. But how many of us know what to do in case of dinosaur attack?

Relax, Black Thought's got your back. In advance of the upcoming Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom movie, on Monday night's Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon the Roots MC needed just 90 seconds to break down the entire Jurassic Park franchise.

As you can see below, he also shared the single most important survival tip he learned from watching the four previous installments of the popular science fiction series. In a nutshell, if you're being chased by a T-Rex: "Maybe hold it in, if nature is calling."

(He's referring, of course, to the grisly restroom fate met by sniveling lawyer Donald Gennaro in the original 1993 Jurassic Park.)

Earlier this month, Black Thought released his long-awaited solo debut. The excellent Streams of Thought, Vol. 1 EP features production from 9th Wonder and the Soul Council, as well as guest appearances by Rapsody and Styles P.

The Roots, who are currently in their 10th year as Jimmy Fallon's Late Show and Tonight Show house band and comedic partners, were forced to cut their annual Philadelphia hometown Roots Picnic festival short due to severe weather earlier this month. They have about a dozen weekend concerts and festival appearances scheduled for the summer of 2018.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, starring Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas, is the follow-up to 2015's Jurassic World. It hits theaters Friday, June 22.
