50 Cent, along with G-Unit, helped Chelsea Handler close out the final episode of her late-night talk show 'Chelsea Lately' by performing their debut single, 'Watch Me.'

But before they got into the performance, the comedian and host had some flirty banter with 50, asking if he was officially over their relationship -- the two dated in 2010.

"I haven't seen you since we stopped seeing each other," she told him. "So I'm assuming your new album, is it about me?"

Chelsea and Fif had a pretty well-documented fling. And although we thought it was part of her comedy routine, they were spotted out on dates and snuggling up to each other in photos.

Onstage, 50, along with Yayo, Young Buck, Lloyd Banks and Kidd Kidd, put on a stellar performance of the Havoc-produced track. It's as if they never went on that long hiatus.

'Watch Me' is the first single off the group's comeback EP, 'The Beauty of Independence,' out now.
