XXXTentacion’s music career may be on the rise but he's facing serious charges in a domestic abuse trial that's set to begin in October.

The Florida rhymer is currently facing charges of aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery of strangulation, false imprisonment and witness-tampering. Pitchfork has obtained a 142-page transcript of testimony from the victim in the case and it’s quite disturbing.

In the documents, the victim, who remains unidentified, details a gruesome pattern of abuse by the rapper, whose government name is Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy. The first incident of domestic violence started back in May 2016 when Mr. Onfroy became irate after the victim complimented a male friend’s jewelry. He allegedly told her to undress and threatened to insert a barbecue utensil inside of her vagina. He did not penetrate her with it.

Another alleged incident occurred a week and half later when Onfroy became angry after hearing the victim hum another rapper's lyrics on his song. He allegedly head-butted her and then put her in a bathtub and beat her repeatedly. The victim suffered black eyes, a lump on the back of her head, scratch marks, and bruises, including a large bruise on her ankle where he stomped her.

There were other instances of abuse that followed including Onfroy allegedly putting a knife to her neck and then slapped her after he found that she cheated on him while he was in prison for robbery, aggravated battery with a firearm and home invasion charges.

Then in early October 2016, the victim found out that she was pregnant by Onfroy. On Oct. 6, the victim alleges that Onfroy became irate and wanted to know the truth about her infidelity while he was in prison. Onfroy allegedly told her, “You need to tell me the truth right now or I’ll kill you and this jit.” She said that "jit" was slang for the unborn child. From there he allegedly strangled the victim and kicked and elbowed her until she passed out. On Oct. 8, battered and abused, the victim escaped the resident that she and Onfroy were living in and managed to get help by her ex-boyfriend and his mother.

Depositions were also taken by the woman’s ex-boyfriend, his mother, and Sgt. Amel Soto, the Miami Beach police officer who first questioned the woman. They all attest that the victim was extremely battered.

"[Her eyes were] black and blue, purple, every color under the rainbow," the ex-boyfriend's mother testified.

Soto - a 23-year veteran of the police force - remembered the reported victim telling him about being attacked for humming someone else’s music. He testified, “I had never in my entire career heard something like that.”

Attorneys for Mr. Onfroy (aka XXXTentacion) had no comment on the matter. The rapper's domestic abuse trial is set to begin on Oct. 5.
