Following his surprising, tragic death yesterday (Sept. 21), Shawty Lo's team has put out his final video, "Put Some Respek On It."

The video, directed by Picture Perfect, was released yesterday, and samples Birdman's infamous rant on the Breakfast Club from earlier this year. At just a little over three-minutes long, the video is from Lo's 2016 Built Not Bought mixtape.

Lo was killed yesterday in a vehicular accident in Atlanta. He was 40 years-old. Since his death, the outpouring of love and support for the Bankhead rapper has flowed constantly, with everyone from DJ Drama to Future and Gucci Mane showing their love for the veteran rapper, who played a significant role in Atlanta's rap scene ever since his 2003 debut with D4L. However, his solo effort in 2008, Units in the City featuring "Dey Know" is the song that propelled him to stardom, alongside "Dun Dun," solidifying his spot as an influencer in southern hip-hop in particular. And beyond the music, Lo was just known as an all-around good guy, who treated the people he encountered with respect and maintained that throughout his career.
