Waka Flocka Flame is certainly living up to the title of his song 'I Don't Really Care' after he was arrested in Atlanta on gun charges early Friday morning (Oct. 10).

The Brick Squad leader was taken into custody at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport as a result of TSA finding a handgun in his carry-on bag during a security check.

According to 11Alive News, the 28-year-old rhymer, real name Juaquin James Malphurs, didn't have a gun permit. Flocka was arrested and charged with carrying a weapon in a prohibited place and transported to Clayton County Jail. He's currently awaiting a bond hearing.

This is not the rapper's first encounter with law enforcement. In 2011, Flocka was busted on multiple criminal charges including gun and drug possession.

Flocka, and his wife, Tammy Rivera, are currently starring on VH1’s reality series, 'Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.'
