From race to sexuality to violence in the ‘hood, Murs has always approached his music from the perspective of a blue collar thinking man -- making music a broad fanbase can relate to.

Vinnie Paz’s style can be described as “intellectual violence” -- brutal, epic raps sprinkled with ancient wisdom, conspiracy theories and shocking proclamations. Since his Jedi Mind Tricks and Army of the Pharaohs days, the artist formerly known as Ikon the Hologram has served up Philly-style hardcore underground rap to the masses.
