R. Kelly's ex-wife, Andrea Kelly, continues to detail the alleged verbal, physical and mental abuse she says she suffered at the hands of the singer, this time, in a new interview with "Inside Edition."

Previously, Andrea spoke about the abuse she says she experienced during her marriage to Kelly,  which lasted from 1996 until 2009. She alleges their home was like a "prison" and she wasn't allowed to leave without his permission.

“What was supposed to be my big beautiful mansion ultimately became my prison," she said in a video posted on her website.

Now, in her new interview with "Inside Edition," she continues to elaborate on the abuse. "He's definitely a monster," Andrea, who has three kids with Kelly said. “I often say that I spent ten years being married, but I don't know what it's like to be a wife."

Andrea says she was forced to call Kelly "daddy"—something his other accusers have also said— and if she forgot, Kelly would physically and verbally abuse her, "sometimes yelling, screaming, throwing things..."

She also recalled one horrific incident, when Kelly allegedly hog-tied her to the bed. “I was tied up and left on the side of the bed, and he went to sleep," she said.

She revealed that calling a domestic abuse hotline gave her the strength she needed to take her children and leave Kelly.

"It really was like a scene out of a movie," she tearfully recalled. "Like, we drove off into the sunset, and I never went back."

For over a decade, Kelly has been hit with several accusations of sexual misconduct. In 2008, he was found not guilty of child pornography charges, six years after his arrest. Just in the last year, he was accused of running a sex cult out of his Georgia home (he's since been evicted), and #MuteRKelly protests against the singer have been held outside of several of his concerts in the wake of the string of allegations.  Also, several streaming services have opted to remove his music from their playlists, after Spotify removed his music under their "hateful conduct" policy.

After backlash from fans and critics, Spotify quietly lifted the ban that affected him and late rapper XXXTentacion citing that the rollout of the program has handled wrong.

Kelly has denied all the allegations against him.
