50 Cent is all about money making and apparently he sees reality TV star Pauly D as a cash cow. Back in April, The BoomBox reported that the rapper had an interest in signing the 'Jersey Shore' star to his new imprint, G-Note Records. Now the 31-year-old DJ is confirming his deal with Fif, and pushing rumors to the wayside.

Pauly D, born Paul DelVecchio, has revealed that his pending three-album deal with 50 Cent's G-Unit empire will soon be finalized. "I would say the end of the year," he told XXLMag.com of when his project will fall into place.

The Rhode Island native, who is currently starring in the fourth season of 'Jersey Shore,' which takes place in Italy, met the 'In Da Club' creator and immediately fell in sync with his business philosophies and musical interests. Besides forthcoming albums, the disc jockey is in the works to release Pauly D-branded headphones.

"50 cent has also been somebody I look up to," Pauly D admitted. "We ended up linking up and we just clicked. We hit it off immediately with the music and everything like that. So, I'm definitely gonna be working with him. There's been talks about the album and the headphones. I'm looking forward to working with that as well."

Pauly D appears in 'Jersey Shore' on Thursdays at 10PM on MTV.
