Meek Mill Drops Pensive Video for ‘Save Me,’ Announces ‘Wins & Losses’ Deluxe Edition

Meek Mill reflects on his struggles to stay humble and not let the fame get to his head in his new video for “Save Me,” which appears on his latest album, Wins & Losses.

Directed by Will NGO, the visual features the Philly rhymer wearing a white-and-black tuxedo on a street corner puffing on a cigar. It then segues to Meek spitting his pensive rhymes in an empty high school.

“Somebody save me, save me / Trying to please a bitch, it almost drove me crazy / I was breakin' bread with n----s that was shady / I said I would never change, but s--- it changed me,” he raps.

The video ends with Meek rapping the lyrics in front of clubgoers that was filmed in Philadelphia back in August.

The video comes with news that Meek plans to release a deluxe version of Wins & Losses. The 30-year-old rapper went on his Instagram page to reveal the artwork and two songs “Save Me” and Left Hollywood,” which both appear on his two EPs, Meekend Music and Meekend Music II, respectively. He captioned the photo, “They drop I drop again …… let’s play ball.”

There’s no word on when the deluxe edition will arrive, but Meek is hinting a Friday (Sept. 8) release. “My hood will be proud of me,” he wrote on his IG page. “It’s coming.”
