With Meek Mill's new album Wins and Losses dropping this Friday (July 21), the Philly rapper is really rolling out the promotional campaign. Just shortly after he released a short film, Wins and Losses, directed by Spike Jordan. Meek also announced a series of pop-up concerts that'll take place in three different cities this month.

On July 21 he'll be playing in New York City, then on July 24 in Philadelphia. Two days after that, on July 26, the DreamChaser will gig in Washington D.C., so keep your eyes and ears glued for the precise locations.
