Meek Mill has released the first installment of his short film for Wins and Losses, his upcoming studio album.

The emotional film, directed by Spike Jordan, features a young woman in distress while giving birth at a hospital. We also see the the father watching with blood dripping from his head and a young man. The scene is intercut with the Philadelphia native rapping a powerful verse.

Along with the short film, Meek Mill has teamed up with Tidal to launch a series of intimate pop-up concerts in support of Wins and Losses, which arrives on Friday (July 21). The shows will give Tidal subscribers the opportunity to see the Dreamchaser leader bring the album to life onstage.

July 24 - Philadelphia
July 26 - Washington D.C.

Meek's short film follows his other thought-provoking video for his song "YBA" and the song "Whatever You Need" featuring Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign.
