After releasing his new album, Gemini, Macklemore has another major project in the works -- he’s going to be a dad, again. The Seattle rhymer went on his Instagram account to announce that he and his wife, Tricia Davis, are expecting their second child together.

In the video above, Macklemore talks directly to his fans as he enters his dining room. "You guys have been such a huge part of our lives that I wanted to let you in on a little secret,” he says. “Tricia is pregnant, and today we are going to find out the gender of our child.”

On the table, there's a huge cake that's labeled "Boy" on one side and "Girl" on the other side as Mack cuts it to make the big reveal. After he cuts a big slice he lifts up a card to announce he will be having a second show at the Key Arena in his hometown of Seattle. Woo-hoo!

After everyone laughs at Macklemore pulling a jux on his fans, he finally admits that his wife is indeed pregnant. "Seattle... Second time’s the charm," he wrote in the caption. The baby is reportedly due on Dec. 23.

Macklemore and Tricia welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Sloane Ave Simone Haggerty, in 2015. He even offered some fatherly advice to his newborn on the tender song "Growing Up."

In the meantime, Macklemore will hit the road next week in support of his album, Gemini. You can peep his full tour itinerary at Songkick.com.

Congratulations to Macklemore and Tricia!
