Kendrick Lamar will embark on a small trek this fall. On Monday (Oct. 5), the TDE rhymer revealed on Instagram that he's inviting fans to join him for eight "intimate" shows as part of the Kunta’s Groove Sessions.

Lamar’s jaunt is kicking off as an annual event and will take place in eight cities over eight nights. The dates and cities have yet to be announced.

However, as Billboard noted, Lamar is set to perform at the Kennedy Center with the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 20. A cursory look at the “Alright” rapper’s tour page reveals that he’s performing concerts in New York on Oct. 22, Columbus, Ohio on Oct. 24, Chicago on Oct. 25 and Los Angeles on Nov. 8.

There’s no word if the aforementioned dates are related to the Kunta’s Groove Sessions experience.

Lamar is hitting the road to promote his critically acclaimed album, To Pimp a Butterfly. According to the photo, the Kunta's Groove Sessions will feature music, dance and performances.
