Jay-Z and Beyonce’s Los Angeles Home Could End Up Costing $100 Million

In August, it was reported that JAY-Z and Beyonce were set to buy a new Los Angeles home that would set them back $90 million. Now, it's believed the price tag for the estate may end up closer to $100 million.

According to report from TMZ, the couple has taken out two permits in the past month to work on the home. One of the jobs includes installing a backup generator to the house and another involves adding a living area under the pools that will cost around $750,000.

The 30,000 square foot mansion was designed by architect Paul McClean and already features a spa, media room, four pools, a 15-car garage, and a two-acre basketball court. It's the second recent home purchased by Jay and Bey, following a $26 million purchase of a home in the Hamptons, New York.
