Beyonce and JAY-Z Set to Purchase $90 Million L.A. Mansion

Beyoncé and JAY-Z reportedly have their eyes set on a modern luxury property that’s going for whopping $90 million.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Beyoncé and JAY-Z, who are longtime renters, are finally going to purchase a mansion in Bel-Air. It was reported that they rented a space in Malibu for $400,000 a month when the twins were first born. Although the price for this mansion is a bit steep, if the Carters make the purchase, they will be getting it for a great price as the original price tag for this mansion was $135 million.

The newly built 30,000 square foot mansion was designed by architect Paul McClean and includes a spa, media room, four pools, a 15-car garage, and a two-acre basketball court. Blue Ivy and the twins will have plenty of space to play if their parents decide to purchase this home.
