Earlier this week, Flavor Flav announced that he will close down his Iowa chicken eatery, and now his business partner, Nick Cimino, is firing back.

In response to Flav's claims that he was not running the business correctly, Cimino alleges that Flav was not a hands-on business partner, and only lent his name to the company.

"I started this," Cimino told The Baltimore Sun. "I put together everything from the menu to the color of the building to the sign. I did everything. What Flav's doing, he's a fraud. He doesn't want to be hurt with the other ventures he's doing and he wants to become a millionaire off my dime, off my ideas."

Previous reports alleged that Flavor Flav's Fried Chicken not only failed to pay its employees on time, but wrote a number of bad checks. At the time, Cimino and Flav appeared to show a united front, blasting the news as the act of disgruntled employees, but their business relationship has since dissolved. "I'm just glad I'm free of somebody like Flavor Flav," Cimino added.

Even though his first try at running a restaurant wasn't successful, Flav is still ready to give it another shot. He is in talks to open Flavor Flav's Fried Chicken in Las Vegas.
