Public Enemy hypeman Flavor Flav really wanted to 'Bring the Noise' during the July 4 holiday. For the second year in a row, he found himself in hot water with Las Vegas police for being in possession of a large amount of illegal fireworks.

According to TMZ, the 55-year-old entertainer had 1,000 pounds of fireworks, which were eventually confiscated by police. Flav also received two citations.

Last year, nearly the same thing happened to Flav when Vegas authorities showed up at his 2013 4th of July celebration, and removed $8,000 worth of firecrackers, along with other celebratory explosives. Also, police warned the Long Island, N.Y., native that he'd be arrested if he lit any of the fireworks. He wasn't given a citation in that particular incident.

So far, Flav hasn't made any comments about the police run-in, and no word yet how much each citation will cost him.
