Chris Brown Says He Has ‘Like 800′ Unreleased Songs on His Phone
Chris Brown is gearing up for the release of his latest album, Heartbreak on a Full Moon, which will include 45 songs. But while that tracklist may seem like a lot, the singer recently revealed he has hundreds of more unreleased tracks.
During an interview with Hot 97, the "Pills and Automobiles" artist revealed he keeps many of his unreleased songs on his phone. "Right now, it's been better because I built a studio in my house," he said. "So I never have to leave. But for me, on my phone alone right now, I have like 800 songs that nobody's heard."
Brown added, "Not bragging but my work ethic only allows me to stay creative. I love music in itself so me being able to create at an abundant rate, for me I just think it's a blessing."
Elsewhere in the interview, Breezy also discussed his latest documentary, which featured him touching on the Rihanna assault incident. While the singer didn't reveal if he spoke to Rihanna before the film's release, he did say it was important for him to talk about what happened.
"I think with this film, [the director] just embodied what my fans respect me for and them getting to know me a lot more," he said. "I just let it be natural, be real, let it flow from the heart but at the same time, just being a man about everything in it's entirety and who I am as an artist now."
