Childish Gambino’s ‘Redbone’ Hits Double Platinum Status
Childish Gambino has reached a new plateau with his fan-favorite single, “Redbone.” The song has been certified double platinum by the RIAA.
“Redbone” is from Gambino’s latest album, Awaken, My Love!, which reached gold status back in June. The song is also featured in the hit horror movie, Get Out.
Although Donald Glover said that he will be hanging up the Childish Gambino rap name after his last album, he will be making a few concert appearances this summer. The rapper-actor will perform at Radio City Music Hall in August as part of Dave Chappelle's residency at the famed theater. For tickets, head over to ticketmaster.com.

He also developing a new animated Deadpool series, working on The Lion King remake and will star in the Star Wars' Han Solo movie, playing the young Lando Calrissian.
Congrats to Childish Gambino/Donald Glover!
