Black Thought and Method Man Deliver Epic Freestyles on ‘Sway In the Morning’ [VIDEO]

What do you get when you put Black Thought and Method Man together in the studio? A crazy freestyle session.

On Thursday (Oct. 5), Thought and Meth delivered bars upon bars in an epic five-minute-long freestyle session. The two lyricists went back and forth, delivering clever quips and punchlines over an instrumental of J.I.D’s second-half of "Never." It's always good to see two veteran MCs spit rhymes so ferociously and fluently.

As to explain how Sway was gifted this rare hip-hop moment. Black Thought and Method Man were on the show promoting their HBO series The Deuce, which airs Sundays at 9 p.m.
