Looks like Birdman is getting sued for shorting artists—again.

TMZ reports that veteran songwriters are coming after Cash Money's CEO, claiming that the label sampled some "obscure tracks" for the songs "You" and "Certified" and shorted them when it was time to pay up. They want $3.3 million.

Of course, this isn't the first time artists have accused Birdman of not paying them. He's currently facing a $51 million lawsuit from Lil Wayne, who claims Birdman owes him money for records he previously recorded.  However, it was recently reported that a federal judge won’t allow Wayne’s lawsuit against Universal Music Group to move forward until his dispute with Birdman is resolved. Universal Music Group (UMG) reportedly filed a response to the suit, asking for it to be put on hold until Wayne sorts out his issues with Birdman.

Meanwhile, Birdman doesn't appear to be overly concerned with either lawsuit. He just purchased a $250,000 Bentley Bentayga SUV for Toni Braxton, so money doesn't appear to really be an issue. He also just inked a deal with Apple Music— the music streaming giant has signed Cash Money to their roster of influential artists and labels to create original music content.

We'll have see how this latest lawsuit plays out for Birdman.
