Big Sean and Metro Boomin' have dropped their new joint album, Double or Nothing.

The project was produced entirely by Metro Boomin' and clocks in at 10 tracks. Travis Scott, 2 Chainz, Kash Doll, Young Thug, Swae Lee and 21 Savage all make appearances on the Detroit rapper and Atlanta producer's project.

Already this year, Metro Boomin' has helmed entire projects for Gucci Mane's DropTopWop, Nav's Perfect Timing, and Offset21 Savage's Without Warning, so suffice to say, he's had a huge year. Metro says he's happy to produce entire projects for artists because it makes them more cohesive.

"I was born in ’93,” Metro recently told Billboard, “and a lot of projects [from that era] had one producer, maybe two. They sounded more cohesive— better as a whole.”

Big Sean agreed, adding that for him music is about the message being imparted.

“It ain’t about status," he said. "It’s about what you’re bringing to the table: how we’re going to progress humanity, how we’re going to give people something to work out to, to live to, to upgrade to.”

So far, the album seems to be drawing mixed reactions, with some folks questioning the Detroit rapper's lyrical skills and wondering if Metro Boomin should've given him such great production. Others think Sean is dope, and better than a lot of his peers. Check out some of the tweets below, and stream the album via Spotify.
