Beyonce shocked the world again with the release of her athletic wear line -- Ivy Park.

In an interview with Elle Magazine, Queen Bey explained her mindset in creating the brand. “It’s really the essence: to celebrate every woman and the body she’s in while always striving to be better,” she said.

Bey also described the inspiration behind the idea of Ivy Park. “It’s anywhere we create for ourselves. For me, it’s the place that my drive comes from. I think we all have that place we go to when we need to fight through something, set our goals and accomplish them.” she said.

There's often pressure on everyday people to be "perfect" -- often with Beyonce as the prime example or standard. But Bey says that Ivy Park isn't about that.

“It’s not about perfection. It’s about purpose. We have to care about our bodies and what we put in them.” She also added that it’s okay to take some ‘me-time’ every so often.

“Women have to take the time to focus on our mental health — take time for self, for the spiritual, without feeling guilty or selfish. The world will see you the way you see you, and treat you the way you treat yourself.”

Beyonce has been on a roll lately. After dropping the viral track, "Formation," performing at the Super Bowl and announcing the "Formation" Tour, she's also slated to release a video with the parents of Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown and Tamir Rice. And rumor has it that her next album is on the way.

The surprise cover, full-length interview (and the 10-page spread!) will be available on April 6.
