We're one month away from the anniversary of A$AP Yams' untimely death and his friend, A$AP Rocky, is making sure that the visionary leader of A$AP Mob is remembered.

Rocky, along with members of A$AP Mob, will hold a tribute concert in New York on Jan. 18, the same day of Yams' passing, which is being dubbed as "Yams Day." Fellow rapper Joey Bada$$ and Lil Uzi Vert are also set to perform at the concert at New York's Terminal 5. There are also additional special guests that have yet to be announced.

Tickets will be available on Friday (Dec. 18) at 12PM ET at $45 each and fans are already getting hype for the new holiday.

"You already knowwww I gotta go to YamsDay," tweeted one fan. "I must be in the building on YamsDay," wrote another commenter. Others are already pooling their list of friends to join in on the day of remembrance. "Someone needs to come to #yamsday with me."

Yams battled with drug addiction for years before he fatally overdosed on an acute mixture of drugs (including opiates and benzodiazepine). Shortly after Yams' passing, Rocky relayed his thoughts and feelings about the death of his dear friend.

"Yams was like a mystery. He was like the Great Gatsby,” he told the New York Times.

Although Yams' is gone, the 27-year-old rapper still feels a connection to his departed friend. “I don’t feel alone. I just miss him,” he said.
