Joey Badass Has a New Podcast Called ’47 Minutes’ Headed to Tidal
Joey Badass has announced that he has a new podcast on the way soon.
The rapper went on Twitter yesterday (Jan. 7) to reveal that his new show, 47 Minutes, will premiere on Tidal.
"I have a podcast called “47 Minutes” coming to @TIDAL real soon," the Brooklyn rapper wrote. "Tune in to hear me talk about shit from hip hop, politics, spirituality and whatever the f--- else I want."
Angie Martinez, Miss Info and Elliot Wilson and Brian B. Dot Miller already have shows on the platform, so Joey is joining good company. In addition, the podcast won't just be audio, but will be recorded visually as well.
Already, Joey's schedule is busy. Last month, it was announced that he's the creative director for Pony. aunching his debut collection with PONY at select nationwide stores, Joey worked with the team to concept, design and style the four-piece collection, which features the Pro Era colors.
He also revealed about a week ago that he co-wrote Post Malone's mega hit, "Rockstar," and plans to do more ghostwriting in 2018. Last year, Joey dropped his sophomore album, All-Amerikkkan Bada$$. The 12-song project includes features from Styles P, J. Cole, ScHoolboy Q, Nyck Caution, Kirk Knight, Meechy Dark and Chronixx.
There's no word as of yet on exactly when Joey's podcast will air.
