50 Cent Wins Visitation Rights With Son

50 Cent appeared in a Long Island court earlier today where he was granted extended visitation rights with his 11-year-old son Marquise. This victory comes in the middle of a heated and on-going battle between 50 and his son's mother, ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins.

According to Judge David Freundlich's ruling, 50 will be able to see Marquise every other weekend until his custody trial starts on October 22. However, when Marquise goes between his mother and father, the hand-off must be done at a police station in Queens, N.Y.

Upon leaving the hearing 50 seemed happily unfazed by the battle, 'I'm going to hang out with some ho's," the rapper said. "Make some music, make some movies, and continue to kick it."

Both 50 and Tompkins have been going at it for a while. In May a suspicious fire burned down his mansion where Tompkins lived. The two have each met separately with authorities regarding the blaze. 50 maintains he had nothing to do with the fire and was on-location shooting a movie when it occurred. Neither has been charged in the on-going case.
