50 Cent Announces European Tour for 15th Anniversary of ‘Get Rich Or Die Tryin’
To celebrate the 15th anniversary of his 2003 debut, Get Rich Or Die Tryin, 50 Cent has announced that he's heading out on a European tour.
The classic hip-hop album dropped in February 2003, and stands as one of the most explosive debuts in any genre. While the debate rages on about exactly where it stands in terms of classic hip-hop debuts, there's no doubt that it's firmly in the top 10.
Among the classic songs on GRoDT are "Wanksta," “Many Men," "Patiently Waiting" and "Life's on the Line," while tracks like "In da Club," "21 Questions" and "P.I.M.P." propelled the G-Unit leader to the top of the Billboard music charts. To date, GRoDT remains 50 Cent's best-selling album with over nine million copies in the U.S..
"I'm bringing Get Rich or Die Tryin' back to one of my Favorite Places, the UK!!" 50 tweeted of the anniversary dates.
