Young Thug Released Following Arrest at Lenox Square Mall: ‘Bigger Than the Law’ [VIDEO]
Young Thug had a brief run-in with the law at Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta on Thursday (Dec. 23). And it was all caught on video.
According to TMZ, officers were responding to a stolen vehicle report when they ran into Young Thug who was doing some Christmas shopping at the Fendi store. One of the cops recognized him and realized that Thugger was wanted for skipping a court date on a traffic violation for having tinted windows. Officers quickly arrested him and perp walked him out of the mall.
But Young Thug was released on $500 bail and returned back to the Lenox Square Mall to finish his Christmas shopping.
In the clip above, you see the “Lifestyle” rapper grooving to the sweet sounds of Maxwell’s classic ballad “This Woman’s Work” while munching on some food. He then looks at the camera and tells his fans that he got back to the mall quicker than the police who arrested him. “Bigger than the law,” he quipped.
Hopefully, Thugger is not flying anywhere during the holidays.
Merry Christmas!
