Young Thug Will Not Drop Music in 2018 in Honor of Deaf Brother [VIDEO]
Young Thug, or SEX as he now wants to be called, says that he’s not planning to release any new music this year in honor of his deaf brother.
In an interview with Hypebeast TV (watch above), the Atlanta rhymer plans to stay silent music-wise and learn sign language in support of his deaf sibling.
“I got a deaf brother,” he revealed. “So, I want to act deaf for a year...I ain’t going to put out no music this year.
Elsewhere in the interview, Thugger talked about his foray into the fashion industry and his plans on becoming a trendsetter. “I am fashion,” he said. "I don’t think I can even get in no deeper. I wake up and breathe this."
His significant other Jerrika Karlae is also into fashion. She recently walked the runway of Philipp Plein’s star-studded Fall/Winter 2018 presentation.
As far as music, Young Thug released a new song last month called “MLK,” in honor of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Aside from the questionable cover art, the song is not bad. Check it out below.
