Waka Flocka Flame is in the business of making dreams come true. Earlier this month, the Atlanta rapper granted one terminally ill fan a life changing visit and now he is hooking up one lucky U.K. rapper with the chance to blow up.

In anticipation of the April 18 U.K. premiere of his single 'No Hands,' Waka and Warner Bros. have launched a new contest to track down the country's best unsigned rapper. Up-and-coming rhymers have been instructed to download the instrumental version of 'No Hands' from Waka's MySpace site, record their verses over the beat and upload the completed track to MySpace once they've finished.

The lucky rapper who nabs the top prize will have their song released via Warner Bros. Records, score some courtesy promotion on MySpace and land appearance on the U.K.'s SBTV YouTube channel, which draws over 42 million viewers annually.

The contest will close at 3PM on April 13. Visit MySpace.com/lookwakanohands for more information.

Waka Flocka recently paid a surprise visit to 16-year-old Make-A-Wish Foundation recipient Kiyana Lyles and spent the day with her. Lyles, who suffered kidney failure, was granted her wish to meet Waka in person. She was a gifted with an autographed CD and a concert invitation for an upcoming show in Columbus, Ga.

Waka Flocka Flame is prepping his sophomore album, 'Triple F Life: Friends, Fans & Family,' for a late 2011 release.
