We've been waiting patiently for some new material from Vince Staples and it’s finally here. The California rhymer has released his new mixtape, 'Shyne Coldchain, Vol. 2,' for your downloading and streaming pleasure.

The 10-song collection boasts an impressive list of producers and collaborators. Although No I.D. provide most of the beats, studio mavericks Evidence ('Progressive 3') and Scoop DeVille ('Nate') blessed Staples with some great production.

The project features the Odd Future-affiliate detailing his hard knock life growing up in Long Beach, Calif.

On 'Humble,' he recalls his days on the streets dodging the cops and his neighboring enemies who hold glocks. On ’45,' Staples details harrowing stories of his friends engaging in criminal activity.

Other standouts include the booming 'Shots,' the infectious 'Oh You Scared' (featuring Jhene Aiko) and the tribal-sounding 'Earth Science.'

If you love ScHoolboy Q’s album 'Oxymoron,' you will appreciate Vince Staples vision on 'Shyne Coldchain, Vol. 2.' He's also opening for the TDE member on the Oxymoron tour. Isaiah Rashad joins the rappers as well.
