Tyga’s ‘The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty’ Gets New Release Date

Tyga's 'The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty' was one of the albums affected by the internal issues with Young Money/Cash Money. The project initially had a Dec. 23 release date -- after being without one for quite some time -- but it's finally here after all of those Twitter jabs.

'The Gold Album' will hit stores on Jan. 27, 2015. Tyga originally threatened to leak the effort, but he no longer has to with a release date in plain sight. The LP will be his first independent release and is already available for pre-order.

The announcement comes days after the DONDA-created album artwork -- reportedly constructed entirely from gold -- arrived. Songs like 'Make It Work' and the Kanye West-produced '40 Mill' will appear on 'The Gold Album.'

So the fans will finally get their hands on new Tyga music next month. The only question now: when will 'Tha Carter V' see the light of day?
