Troy Ave is on a winning trajectory, so it really doesn't matter what others have to say about him. That's the explanation the 'Your Style' rapper gives Hot 97's DJ Absolut when he was asked about The Game's song 'Bigger Than Me,' which features the West Coast MC taking aim at XXL's 2014 Freshmen class.

Since Troy Ave is a student of the freshman class, it's only right he sound off about the track. "It was really hearsay, what I heard, but it was something to the effect of the class is soft and they're not Weezy," the New York native says. "He came in with Young Jeezy and all types of stuff like that. It sounds like shenanigans to me. I ain't really heard it, so I can't even speak on it fully until I hear the record and see what he talking about. It ain't affecting nothing that I'm doing over here for this New York City and this East Coast environment that I got on fire."

In addition, the Troy also speaks about the possibility of joining T.I.'s Grand Hustle label. "T.I. just reached out," he reveals. "He seen what I was doing. He was like, 'Man I'ma connect with you.' He reached out like the real ones should. He was just like, 'Yo, what you need help with? Let's put something together, let's chop it up.' We just been kicking it ever since. The vibes have been right."
