A Los Angeles man has been granted a permanent restraining order against Death Row Records founder Suge Knight.

As previously reported, the gangsta rap legend was handcuffed back in May for allegedly menacing Elmwood E. Chatman with a gun during an argument. In addition to threatening his life, Chatman claimed that Knight harassed his wife and their 12-year-old son, and sent eight men to his house to attack him.

Though the charges were later dropped, TMZ now reports that Chatman has successfully filed a restraining order against Knight, who can no longer come within 100 yards of the man, his house, his place of work or his car for the next three years.
