Runway Richy is gearing up to give fans his China Cafeteria 2.5 EP on June 16, but for now, we're getting an epic short film to tide us over. The Southern rapper released the visuals to "Switchin Sides," which features Gucci Mane, taking us through a full street story as he calls on the Trap God for guidance.

Richy finds himself facing some "shifty characters" as he tries to get through his duties, which is why he comes to Guwap for some advice on how to move next. The visuals feature a robbery, guns, as well as an entire boa constrictor snake. Richy spoke with HipHopDX about the new short film and the inspiration behind it.

“This was one of those crazy ass weeks that I had to really hustle but it was all worth it in the end. I was in Texas to perform at SXSW when on Tuesday, Gucci hits me up and says we have to shoot the video this Friday! So I call Philly Fly Boy and he hooked me up with a treatment in just a few hours. Then on Thursday night, I headlined a show and rushed back to ATL for the Switchin Sides video. We shot all day on Friday then I had to fly right back to Austin for the rest of my SXSW shows. It was crazy hectic but Gucci was cool as hell on set and of course we talked about everything Decatur related. lol I was just stoked that he really loved the record," Richy revealed.

Take a look at the short film from Runway Richy and Gucci Mane above, and stay tuned for his new EP dropping on June 16.
