For the past couple of years, we have seen biopics done on N.W.A, Tupac Shakur, and Roxanne Shante. Now comes word that a Gucci Mane biopic coming to the big screen produced by veteran Hollywood big shot Brian Grazer.

Apparently, Grazer is producing an 8-Mile-inspired film about Guwop who he called the “progenitor of trap music,” according to TMZ.

This didn’t sit well with T.I. who has said he is undisputedly the originator of trap music. When TMZ asked him for his thoughts about Grazer calling Gucci the face of trap, he didn’t seem to care.

"I don't have anything to discuss, it's idiocy to continue to go out and toss around opinions in the face of facts," he said.

Tip then shockingly revealed that he was asked by Grazer to produce a biopic about his life and he turned it down. "Just because...I don't know how the story will end," he explained. "I guess he found somebody who wanted to do theirs. That's fine."

Afterward, the TMZ cameraman asked T.I. a weird question about his persona of being a toughie. The Atlanta rhymer scoffed at the notion and said that he's just a man.

"All that...that's goofy shit," he stated. "Having a persona, intimidating people with your image, that's goofy shit."

"I would rather go on and mind my own business and get money in peace...all that other sh*t is irrelevant," he continued.

We can't argue with that.
