Rick Ross Aims His Vitriol at Donald Trump in ‘Free Enterprise’ Video [WATCH]

Despite his financial situation with the IRS, Rick Ross has found time to deliver a visual for his introspective song “Free Enterprise” featuring John Legend. The song is from the Miami rapper’s latest album, Black Market.

In the visual, Rozay is rapping his thoughtful bars in various scenes, including one behind an upside down red, white and blue flag, which is a recognized signal of distress. Given events of the past couple of days, America - particularly Black America - is in a state of distress. In one line, Ross aims his vitriol at the now President-elect Donald Trump.

"Assassinate Trump like I'm Zimmerman / Now accept these words as they came from Eminem / Democratic party sentenced to the pendulum / Killing them, I voted for Andre Benjamin," he spits.

Despite Ross' angry lyrics, he told Rolling Stone that he doesn’t harbor any bitterness towards Trump. "I would never advocate violence on Trump or anyone. It's lyrical assassination,” he said. “That's me being a poet, putting words together in my art form, with no violence in my heart at all.”

At the end of the video, statistics detail the rise of mass incarceration in America: About 1 to 3 Black men can expect to go to prison in their lifetime.
