Everybody knows that speaking out against Oprah is a losing battle yet for some reason Chris Brown didn't get the memo. The talks show queen wasted little time responding Brown's beef with her over comments she made about his assault on ex-girlfriend, Rihanna. "Oprah is very appreciative that Chris Brown performed at her school, but she takes domestic abuse very seriously," said her spokesperson in a statement. "She hopes he gets the counseling he needs."

In a recent interview, Brown opened up about his undying love for Rihanna despite the court order that prohibits him from coming within 100 yards of the Barbadian beauty. Amid all the public outcry against his actions, Brown focused on Winfrey's comments because the two have worked together in the past. "I commend Oprah on being like, 'This is a problem,' but it was a slap in my face," he said of her comments. "I did a lot of stuff for her, like going to Africa and performing for her school. She could have been more helpful, like, 'Ok, I'm going to help both of these people out'"

Following his sentencing last week Brown flew to Virginia to begin serving his six months of community labor, and must enroll in a domestic violence class. He will also remain on probation for five years.

No word yet on if he will be hitting up Winfrey's couch to clear up even more details of the February 8 assault.
