Noah ’40’ Shebib Responds to Pusha T’s Multiple Sclerosis Diss: ‘Coincidentally…Tomorrow Is World MS Day’
Pusha T's extremely personal, ruthless Drake diss, "The Story of Adidon" left no corner untouched. But one line in particular rubbed even some hip-hop heads who love a good diss track the wrong way.
"OVO 40, hunched over like he 80, tick, tick, tick / How much time he got? That man is sick, sick, sick," Pusha raps on the song.
The line is a reference to the producer's battle with multiple sclerosis (MS), which he was diagnosed with back in 2005. For a lot fans, the line went a bit too far, while others argued that nothing is off-limits in the world hip-hop disses.
Last night, upon hearing the track, Shebib responded on Twitter with a simple, "Coincidentally... tomorrow is World MS Day."
Since his diagnosis, the OVO producer has become outspoken about the disease, attempting to raise awareness about it.
"MS has made me a stronger person and motivated me to find success despite it," he has previously said of the disease. “MS can’t stop me.”
Pusha spends the rest of the song attacking Drake's perceived insecurities about his bi-racial heritage, his mom and dad, a brow-raising photo of him dressed in blackface, and of course, his alleged hidden son with an ex-porn star.
We'll have to wait and see how Drake choses to respond.
